JANUARY (CONDITIONING PHASE) Wiffle bat, weighted bat dry swings, softtoss, batting tee, slow pitch batting practice. 2 to 5 rounds of 10 to 15 swings, total swings 30 to 60 from warmup to end. Work on correct mechanics of swing / muscle memory.
