Inside a Hitter’s Head

It all starts the minute you are getting ready for the game. You're home and you are about to get dressed but decide to take some dry swings to loosen up, or take some tee work into a catch net.  However, you loosen up, you pick up a bat and start to swing.

You take around 25 to 30 swings and its 10 minutes later--you get dressed and go to the field. You get there early so you can stretch, throw and maybe if you're lucky, take some batting practice with others. Anyway you're loose now . . .
