Here is a sample program for incorporating your HITTING AND WEIGHTLIFTING  while you may have three games in a week:

SATURDAY: GAME DAY

  • Batting practice: Warmup with wiffle ball bat and weighted bat with 5 to 8 ounce weighted donut
  • Stretch out.
  • Swing the wiffle ball bat to loosen up: swing with your front arm, back arm and then both arms 5 to 10 times each for a total of 15 to 30 swings.
